Service Pricing
Online Training, Configuration, & Support (OTCS)
Online session to train, setup, and support your Cabinet Vision implementation. Also includes drafting assistance! Time is billed (or decremented from block purchases) in 15 min increments.
Prepaid Block of 4 Hours (@ $125 hr.)
$500 USD
Participants: 1 to 2 people per session.
Prepaid blocks are used to schedule one or more online sessions which are typically 1.5 to 2 hours in duration.
Longer duration sessions can be arranged given trainer availability.
Multiple block purchases may be necessary for larger engagements.
Prepaid Per Hour
$150 USD
Participants: 1 to 2 people per session.
Per hour is used when you have a quick list of questions.
Group Training

Participants: 3 or more people per session.
Rates vary based upon number of participants per session.

Customization Services
Software Customization Services are used to enhance or customize Cabinet Vision to your requirements. Take Cabinet Vision beyond its native capability with custom programming known as User Created Standards (UCS’s), create reusable library objects with intelligence, have a custom report built, or develop a drag & drop catalog of objects for efficient design.

Drafting Assistance
We can come along side your engineers to provide drafting assistance to complete those complicated layouts or use the job layout process as an opportunity for experiential training. We can draft a customer submittal start to finish using your Cabinet Vision implementation. Drafting assistance is provided during a scheduled online session. Outsourced drafting is typically provided offline, and is dependent on trainer availability.

Installation services are used to install, upgrade, update, troubleshoot, or recover a Cabinet Vision implementation. Also used to migrate Cabinet Vision to a network install. Time is billed in 15 minute increments. Installation services are provided online.

Installation services may require participation of inhouse IT resources in the installation effort.
